Vocalist Rebekka Blöndal will perform along with her quartet set of jazz standards that were not originally meant or composed for singers. Songs by Charlie Parker, Paul Desmond, Kenny Wheeler, Wardell Gray and others. Rebekka's Quartet consists of Andrés Þór Gunnlaugsson on guitar, Agnar Már Magnússon on piano, Þorgrímur Jónsson on upright bass and Matthías Hemstock on drums. Rebekka is one of the best jazz- and blues performers in Iceland and is known for her singing and songwriting.
