Ríma is the largest meeting room in Harpa, located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 100 people and be divided into two separate sections.

The meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of Harpa and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The meeting rooms can be booked for both short and extended periods.

Nes, Vík, Vör and Sund

On the fourth floor of Harpa, there are four smaller meeting rooms: Nes, Vík, Vör and Sund. They accommodate 4-6 people comfortably and are suitable for working remotely, conference calls, Teams / Zoom meetings, phone calls and conversations. Free Wifi, a TV screen to connect your laptop and a sound system. Curtains that can be pulled down for more privacy. Harpa´s catering services offer various refreshments for meetings, including breakfast, lunch, drinks, coffee, tea, and sweet treats. Lunch reservations can also be made at Hnoss Bistro on the ground floor. Dining at Hnoss Bistro provides a refreshing break during meetings. The meeting rooms can be booked for a shorter or longer period of time and can be booked at short notice.
