This spring, Iceland will host a truly special musical homecoming. On March 17, world-renowned kirtan artist Krishna Das returns to Reykjavík to launch his highly anticipated “Home to the Heart” European Tour.

As a special treat, Arjun Bruggeman who accompanies Krishna Das on tabla, will open with his own immersive sound journey in rhythm and mantra. We are so happy to begin with this beautiful explorative soundscape that will lead us into the chanting with KD.

Known across the world as the “rockstar of yoga,” Krishna Das blends the power of devotional chanting with the warmth, humor, and authenticity that have made him a beloved guide for millions on the path of the heart. His concerts are more than performances—they are collective experiences of connection, healing, and inner stillness.

Audiences can expect an evening of soulful mantras, call-and-response chanting, storytelling, and the unmistakable presence that has earned KD a Grammy nomination and global acclaim. Whether you are a longtime follower or stepping into kirtan for the first time, this gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to what matters most.

Join us at Harpa for a night that will open the European tour with devotion, community, and a shared journey back home to the heart.

Guests are encouraged to bring yoga cushions to sit on, but there will also be chairs at the back and to the sides.

The day after on March 18 Krishna Das will host a WORKSHOP in YogaShala registration and more info here:
